President's Welcome

The First Catholic Slovak Ladies Association (FCSLA) is a fraternal benefit society offering a full array of life insurance products and annuities.

We were founded in 1892 to help meet the needs of our immigrant families. As the years passed and needs changed, our services expanded in order to meet those needs. And the services to members have continued to grow. Today, FCSLA offers products that are current and competitive.

As a fraternal, we have benefits and services beyond actual contracts with our members. Among those benefits are scholarships, which are offered annually, and the Post Mortem Benefit, a 25% benefit that is paid on the face value of most insurance claims.

FCSLA's size and performance demonstrate past and current business success. Reported assets as of December 31, 2007, totaled $529 million. With over 113,000 certificates in force, FCSLA is America's largest Slovak Catholic Fraternal Benefit Society.
