Junior Branch 339 sponsored an \u201cAll-You-Can-Eat Annual French Toast Breakfast and Raffle\u201d matching funds event\u00a0for St. Bruno Parish\u2019s Boy Scout Troop 42 on Sunday, February\u00a017, 2013.\u00a0<\/p>\n
The funds raised from the event\u00a0will assist promoting the troops\u2019 various events and summer camp activities.\u00a0 The Branch collected $2,626.00 through its breakfast and raffle ticket sales.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Junior Branch 339 also received donations from local vendors and retailers, which provided the 300 attendees the chance to win one of 65 raffle prizes, which included\u00a0gift cards, books, hand lotion sets, an under the counter cd\/am\/fm clock radio, toasters and sports collectibles, just to name a\u00a0few.<\/p>\n
Junior 339 Branch President, Joyce Kelly was greatly pleased with the wonderful turnout and most importantly, the hard work of the boy scouts who cooked and served breakfast to the attendees.<\/p>\n
