    By submitting a photo as part of the 100 Acts of Kindness Centennial Service Project, I grant FCSLA Life and the Anna Hurban District permission to use my image, or the image of any minor child for whom I am the parent or legal guardian, for organizational purposes. This includes use on websites, social media, printed materials, presentations, and historical archives. I understand that participation is voluntary and that no compensation will be provided.
